Xenopus epithelial cell arrested in metaphase – Marina Ellefson

are shown in blue.
The image was taken of a fixed cell using an Olympus IX71 inverted
microscope equipped with a 60x PlanApo N.A. 1.42 objective and a
Hamamatsu Orca R2 deep cooled C10600-10B digital mono CCD camera
