Free Noon Concerts

Feeling stressed? Need to get out of lab and regroup? Try clearing your mind by attending a daytime on-campus concert. The Department of Music’s fall quarter series of free Noon Concerts is set to begin Sept. 29 with a presentation by Michael Seth Orland on piano. The concerts are scheduled from 12:05 to 1 p.m. every Thursday through Dec. 1 (except Thanksgiving Day).

Pianist Michael Seth Orland plays Bartók, Deubussy and more in the first Noon Concert of 2011-12. Free. 12:05-1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 29, Yocha Dehe Grand Lobby, Mondavi Center.
