Korean Chicken & Beef Tasters Wanted…mmmm
Greetings from the sensory team at UCD!
We are conducting an exciting and fun project on barbecue chicken and beef ribs prepared with different Korean sauces. We are currently looking for 20 more MALE participants to come and taste our samples. The barbecue chicken dishes (may take up to 45 minutes) will be evaluated on Monday, 5/14 or Tuesday, 5/15, and the beef rib dishes (may take up to 45 minutes) on Tuesday, 5/15 or Wednesday, 5/16. You may sign up for one session of chicken tasting, one session of beef tasting, or one chicken tasting session and one beef tasting session.
In order to qualify for this study, the participant should be:
– of non-Asian descent
– If you are not a US citizen, you need to have lived in the US for at least 5 years
During the session you will be asked to taste a variety of samples of barbecue chicken and/or beef rib and you will need to indicate how much you like each of them. Some of the samples may contain spices and seasonings that you may find hot and spicy. You will also be asked questions regarding your eating habits and preferences. All your answers and information will be kept confidential.
